When I think of Tidus, I think of the wasted potential of a great story to watch over the years that was just thrown into the void of the forgotten by his parents. He made himself a place here at Eagle Valley High School, let alone Eagle Country, Colorado. He is missed by many, and people try to keep his legacy living while forgetting what he really wanted for us. We drink and smoke ourselves away in his memory. I sit thinking deeply about how I could have maybe done something to prevent his current situation. Maybe if we had been more cautious his parents wouldn't have been so harsh. I think about how his life is, in that Christian rehab camp in Arkansas. How would it be to spend your days with horses for therapeutic reasons? Tidus still has between two to four months in that place, yet I wonder how it has changed him so far. They say these places brainwash rebellious teenagers such as Tidus to follow the order built by today's corrupt idea of a society.
